Frank G. Goldman created his practice in 2006 in order to provide strategic legal guidance to business clients in a broad array of areas, including litigation, corporate, transactional and regulatory matters. Utilizing his lengthy “big firm” and government experience, Frank advises businesses, their owners, key executives, and professionals, serving as trusted “General Counsel” for these clients. Frank can assist your business with employment issues, contracts, leases, real estate acquisitions, arbitration matters, and, when necessary, litigation.

In 2012 Frank qualified as a Registered Neutral with the State of Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. As a trained Mediator, Frank utilizes nearly two-decades of experience in the courtroom and board room in order to help parties resolve their disputes amicably before facing a jury or judge. Frank is committed to the mediation process as a critical tool to resolve conflicts and alleviate the tremendous strain on the judicial system.
