Before founding his own firm in 2006, Frank G. Goldman practiced law in both the commercial and government sector. With nearly two decades of experience he is committed to providing strategic legal guidance to his clients.
In 1994 Frank began his legal career as an Enforcement Attorney with the United States Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (“OCC”), a part of the U.S. Department of Treasury. Frank provided counsel to OCC policymakers about the status of various investigations around the country while also coordinating investigations with federal bank examiners.
From 1997 – 2006 Frank was a commercial litigator in Atlanta. Frank assisted corporate and professional clients with their business disputes. During this period of his career he tried cases, conducted and defended depositions, and negotiated settlements on behalf of his clients.
Frank G. Goldman created his practice in 2006 in order to provide strategic legal guidance to business clients in a broad array of areas, including litigation, corporate, transactional and regulatory matters. Utilizing his lengthy “big firm” and government experience, Frank advises businesses, their owners, key executives, and professionals, serving as trusted “General Counsel” for these clients. In 2012 Frank qualified as a Registered Neutral with the State of Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. As a trained Mediator, Frank utilizes nearly two-decades of experience in the courtroom and board room in order to help parties resolve their disputes amicably before facing a jury or judge. Frank is committed to the mediation process as a critical tool to resolve conflicts and alleviate the tremendous strain on the judicial system.
Frank received his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 1987, a Master of Arts from the University of Wyoming in 1989, and is a 1994 graduate of Cornell Law School. He is a native of Dayton, Ohio, and is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Maryland.
